- Local Processing: All recording and video processing is performed locally on your computer. The video and audio files you create belong to you and are stored only on your device, unless you choose to share them.
2. Information the Extension Handles
While we do not collect your data, the Extension must handle certain information locally on your computer to function correctly.
- Video and Audio Recordings: The Extension accesses and processes the content from your screen, camera, and microphone to create a recording. This data is immediately prepared for download and is saved directly to your computer's local storage. We never have access to these recordings.
- Extension Preferences: To improve your experience, the Extension saves your selected camera and microphone device IDs in your browser's local storage. This information is stored only in your browser and is never transmitted.
